Our Wellbeing Coaching packages offer you personalised support to change how you feel about and view yourself and your life.

Coaching offers an opportunity to explore your beliefs, values, assumptions, expectations, and stories and how these are impacting your life.

Through this exploration, coaching can help you to transform your relationship with yourself so you can move from feeling stuck to feeling like yourself again. By prioritising your own wellbeing you can feel confident, empowered, connected and engaged with your life - really living, not just surviving.

Transformational Coaching draws from a range of approaches allowing us to adapt to meet you where you are and walk alongside you to where you want to go. Our sessions are personalised and can combine mindfulness, guided visualisations and coaching techniques to support you to go deep, gain valuable insight and make big shifts in your life.

We believe that you are a whole, resourceful person who doesn’t need fixing. Because you’re not broken. You have everything you need within you to answer your own questions and make changes happen. We support you to uncover these answers and resources for yourself.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a calm, encouraging, and safe space where you are supported to explore your current situation - what is working for you? How do you want things to be different? and the way that you see yourself and your life.

Coaching takes place through conversations and gentle questioning. Our coaching sessions are a safe space to discuss difficulties in your life, without judgement, and to feel listened to and supported.

How can coaching help?

Coaching can help you to:

  • know and understand yourself better

  • understand and manage your emotions

  • improve your mood

  • reduce stress

  • manage anxiety and depression

  • improve your wellbeing

  • be more mindful

  • feel more confident

What areas can we discuss?

Coaching is person-centred so you can choose what to discuss in sessions. Common topics include:

  • love and relationships

  • work stress

  • comparison and perfectionism

  • self-worth and feeling not good enough

  • rediscovering who you are

How do I get started?

Our coaching packages all start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore what you want to get from coaching, how we might work together, and whether we’re the right fit for you. This is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and to find out if coaching feels right for you.

Our coaching packages are tailored to you. As a guide, we usually recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. We can discuss our packages during the discovery call and create something together that works for you.

We’ll send you a coaching agreement to complete prior to your first session.

Our coaching packages

Prices start from £75 per session (60 minutes).

We also offer 3, 6 and 12-month packages of coaching. Packages include a weekly or fortnightly 1:1 coaching session (60 minutes), telephone and email support between sessions for when you need a boost of support and access to workshops and events.
