What is Psykhe?

Psykhe was founded by Hannah Stainer, a counsellor and coach with a passion for helping people understand themselves more deeply.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, neurodivergence, a major life transition or simply feel you’ve lost touch with yourself, Psykhe offers space to pause, make sense of your experiences and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

Our work is grounded in curiosity, compassion and collaboration. We believe that meaningful change begins with understanding - not just the challenges you’re facing, but the whole person you are.
