Psykhe Learning Lab

Learn differently. Thrive without losing yourself.

Specialist coaching, mentoring and community for neurodivergent learners - from GCSE to PhD.

Education shouldn’t require you to constantly work against your brain.

The Psykhe Learning Lab is a growing space for neurodivergent learners to understand themselves, discover how they learn, and build sustainable ways of studying and achieving, without sacrificing their wellbeing along the way.

Together, we get curious about what helps, what gets in the way, and what sustainable learning might look like when you’re not continually trying to force yourself into someone else’s system.

Maybe the problem isn’t that you’re ‘bad’ at studying.

You might have tried planners. Timetables. Pomodoro. Study skills sessions. Productivity apps. Being stricter with yourself.

And perhaps some of it helped - for a while.

But neurodivergent learning isn’t simply about finding a better productivity system. How we learn is connected to our attention, sensory needs, emotions, identity, relationships, environment and wellbeing.

The Psykhe Learning Lab starts somewhere different: with you.

Workshops & Groups

Accessible, practical and reflective spaces exploring neurodivergent learning, wellbeing and education.

Workshops and small groups will develop throughout our first year, informed by the questions and experiences neurodivergent learners to tell us matter most.

Schools, Universities & Organisations

The Psykhe Learning Lab also works with the people and systems around neurodivergent learners.

I offer training, workshops and consultancy for educators, practitioners and organisations wanting to understand neurodivergence and create environments in which different minds can flourish.

That’s why our approach brings together psychology, education and coaching. Achievement matters, but we don’t believe it should come at the expense of wellbeing or becoming more fully yourself.

What we’re building

We’re building the Psykhe Learning Lab gradually and collaboratively. If you’re a neurodivergent learner, parent, educator, practitioner or someone who simply shares our vision, we’d love you to be part of the conversation.

Notes from the Lab - Join our mailing list

Occasional ideas about neurodivergent learning, psychology and wellbeing, plus new resources, workshops and opportunities to get involved as The Psykhe Learning Lab grows.

I’m interested in getting involved

The Lab is just getting started.

The Psykhe Learning Lab is beginning with specialist 1:1 coaching, workshops and resources, but the longer-term vision is much bigger.

We’re working towards a community where neurodivergent learners can learn with and from one another, alongside programmes, groups, study spaces, resources and opportunities to explore learning beyond traditional academic pathways.

And importantly, we don’t want to decide what neurodivergent learners need without neurodivergent learners being part of the conversation.

Over time, we’re hoping to grow:

The Learning Lab Circle

An affordable community for connection, learning, body doubling, resources and ongoing support.

Group programmes & Study Labs

Spaces to experiment with learning strategies, prepare for transitions and navigate particularly demanding periods of education.

Resources & Research

Practical resources grounded in psychology, education, research and lived experience.

Learning beyond university

Support for vocational learning, professional development and the transition between education and working life.

Co-produced projects

Opportunities for neurodivergent learners to shape what we create, contribute ideas and collaborate on projects.

Help shape what comes next

About The Psykhe Learning Lab

Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m a counsellor, coach, psychologist-in-training and qualified teacher, with a particular interest in neurodivergence, identity, learning and wellbeing.

My work has moved between psychology, therapy and education and The Psykhe Learning Lab grew out of seeing how often neurodivergent people are incredibly capable learners while struggling within systems and strategies that weren’t designed with their minds in mind.

I’m currently developing the first stage of the Lab while completing my doctoral training and research, and I’m excited for it to become increasingly collaborative as it grows.

The Psykhe Learning Lab grew from a simple idea: people learn better when they understand themselves.

Too often, neurodivergent learners receive support only when something has gone wrong - when deadlines have been missed, anxiety has become overwhelming or burnout has already arrived.

We want to change this and work with people sooner.

The Learning Lab brings together psychology, education, coaching and lived experience to help people understand their minds, develop sustainable ways of learning and navigate education with greater agency.

We believe education can be about more than achievement. At its best, learning can help us become curious about ourselves, discover what matters to us and find our place in the world.
