The Learning Blueprint Programme
Understand yourself. Design your system. Learn your way.
A six-week programme for neurodivergent learners who want to move beyond generic study advice and develop a way of learning that actually works for them.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore the psychology behind how you learn, from executive functioning, motivation and energy to identity, strengths, wellbeing and belonging, and use what you discover to design and experiment with your own personalised learning system.
This isn’t about becoming more disciplined, productive or better at doing things the ‘right’ way. It’s about understanding you, reducing unnecessary friction and developing sustainable approaches that support both your learning and wellbeing.
What we’ll explore
Explore your learning story, strengths, experiences and the beliefs you’ve developed about yourself as a learner.
Begin noticing what helps you flourish, and what gets in the way.
Week 1: Exploring your Learning Self
Understand executive functioning, attention, initiation, working memory, time, task-switching and overwhelm.
Identify where the friction shows up for you and experiment with ways to reduce the executive load.
Week 2: Your Brain at work
Bring everything together.
Explore support, belonging, self-advocacy and navigating difficult periods before creating your personalised Learning Blueprint for the journey ahead.
Week 5: Experiment, Adapt & Grow
Move beyond “I just need to try harder”.
Explore what influences motivation, procrastination and capacity, map your energy patterns and consider how learning and recovery can work together.
Week 3: Motivation, Energy & Capacity
Week 4: Design your Learning System
Bring together what you've discovered to start designing around your brain.
Explore tasks, time, environment, planning, support and recovery, choosing strategies because they fit you, rather than because you think you should use them.
Reflect on what's actually happened when you've tried your new systems.
Learn to treat strategies as experiments, adapt when circumstances change and replace self-criticism with curiosity when something doesn't work.
Week 6: Your Blueprint for Flourishing
More than a 6 week course
The learning doesn’t only happen in sessions.
Each week you'll choose a small experiment to try in your real life, perhaps changing your environment, testing an executive-functioning support or working differently with your energy.
When we meet again, we'll reflect on what happened. Nothing has to “work”. What matters is what the experience teaches you about yourself.
Over the six weeks, those discoveries gradually become your Learning Blueprint.
Ways to Access the Programme
Group Learning Blueprint
Learn about yourself, alongside people figuring it out too.
The group programme combines accessible teaching, individual reflection, practical experimentation and shared learning within a small, neurodivergent-affirming group.
Each 90-minute session includes time to reflect on the previous week's experiment, explore the week's theme, work individually with your workbook, discuss ideas and choose what you'd like to try next.
Included:
6 × 90-minute live online group sessions
Six themed Learning Blueprint workbooks
Guided reflection activities and accessible resources
A practical experiment between each session
Space for discussion, questions and shared learning
Your completed personalised Learning Blueprint
Participation is always flexible. You're welcome to contribute verbally, use the chat, write or draw privately, have your camera on or off, take breaks, or simply listen. There is no expectation to share personal experiences with the group.
1:1 Learning Blueprint
The same six-week journey, entirely focused on you.
The 1:1 programme takes you through the same Learning Blueprint process within six individual sessions, giving us more space to explore your particular learning experiences, challenges, strengths and circumstances.
We'll apply each week's ideas directly to what's happening in your education right now, develop personalised strategies and adapt the programme as we discover more about what works for you.
Included:
6 × 60-minute individual sessions
Six personalised Learning Blueprint workbooks
Individual reflection and practical experimentation between sessions
Strategies and resources tailored to your circumstances
A final personalised Blueprint and next-steps review
The individual programme may suit you if you'd prefer greater privacy, find groups difficult or inaccessible, have more complex learning needs, or simply want the programme to focus entirely on your own situation.
Who is the Learning Blueprint for?
The programme is designed for neurodivergent learners — including autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and dyslexic learners, across further and higher education, from A-levels and undergraduate study through to postgraduate and doctoral learning.
You don't need a formal diagnosis, and you don't need to be failing or in crisis to benefit. You might be achieving academically while finding the process exhausting, struggling to translate your intentions into action, or simply wanting to understand yourself and learn more sustainably.
Build a way of learning that belongs to you
By the end of six weeks, the aim isn't to leave with a list of strategies you're supposed to follow. It's to understand yourself better, have a personalised system to continue experimenting with, and know what to do when things change.
Because the best learning system isn't the one you're best at sticking to. It's the one that can adapt with you.
