Parenting is often described as one of life’s greatest pleasures. And it can absolutely be full of joy.

Parental guilt, school anxiety and refusal, bullying, social media, parenting a neurodiverse child, managing transitions, talking about mental health…there are a lot of challenges to navigate as a parent!

How do you support your child to thrive without burning out and neglecting yourself?

How do you support them to develop into who they are without losing yourself?

How do you approach tricky conversations without stress?

There isn’t a simple answer to any of these questions. Every child, every parent, every child-parent relationship and every family is different.

Parenting coaching can support you to navigate these challenges by offering a space for you to voice and acknowledge your own feelings, concerns and challenges, to explore options, to discover strategies and to develop understanding of your child, yourself and your own family dynamics.

You are already doing amazing as a parent, even if it doesn’t feel like it sometimes!You have the potential to be an even greater parent. You have the answers within you and coaching helps you to discover these for yourself.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a calm, encouraging, and safe space where you are supported to explore your current situation - what is working for you? How do you want things to be different? and the way that you see yourself and your life.

Coaching takes place through conversations and gentle questioning. Our coaching sessions are a safe space to discuss difficulties in your life, without judgement, and to feel listened to and supported.

Coaching is person-centred so you can choose what to discuss in sessions. Common topics include:

  • talking about mental health with your child

  • supporting a child who is neurodiverse

  • raising confident and resilient children

  • mindset and modelling

  • parenting strategies

How do I get started?

Our coaching packages all start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore what you want to get from coaching, how we might work together, and whether we’re the right fit for you. This is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and to find out if coaching feels right for you.

Our coaching packages are tailored to you. As a guide, we usually recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. We can discuss our packages during the discovery call and create something together that works for you.

Our coaching packages

Prices start from £75 per session (60 minutes).

We also offer 3, 6 and 12-month packages of coaching. Packages include a weekly or fortnightly 1:1 coaching session (60 minutes), telephone and email support between sessions for when you need a boost of support and access to workshops and events.
