Episode 190: Wendy Capewell: On Comparison, Not feeling Good Enough & Panic Attacks

 

In this episode, we're joined by Wendy Capewell. Wendy is a qualified psychotherapist with more than 16 years of professional and a lifetime of personal experience. The personal experiences include contracting polio aged 4 years old from which she made a full recovery, two divorces, one of which was with an abusive partner, redundancy, a period of depression, being a single partner, breast cancer 30 years ago. She now uses these experiences together with her professional ones to help individuals and couples who are stuck in old negative patterns of behaviours often due to a traumatic event in their lives. She helps them to get to the root cause and then supports them to move forward to create healthy relationships with themselves and others.
