Life can be confusing at times, and it can seem like everyone else has it figured out (spoiler - no one does!) Being a teenager in particular is a tough time as there is so much going on. It can feel lonely at times to try to manage difficulties alone. That’s where coaching can help.

Our Youth Coaching offers a personalised blend of academic support, mentoring and coaching designed to help you to understand yourself, manage difficulties in your life and achieve your potential.

We offer a safe space where you can talk about what’s going on for you at the moment and be supported to find your own solutions. We can also offer additional support to parents.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a calm, encouraging, and safe space where you are supported to explore your current situation - what is working for you? How do you want things to be different? and the way that you see yourself and your life.

Coaching takes place through conversations and gentle questioning. Our coaching sessions are a safe space to discuss difficulties in your life, without judgement, and to feel listened to and supported.

How can coaching help?

Coaching can help you to:

  • know and understand yourself better

  • understand and manage your emotions

  • improve your mood

  • increase your confidence

  • reduce stress and anxiety

  • improve your communication skills

  • improve family relationships

What areas can we discuss?

Coaching is person-centred so you can choose what to discuss in sessions. Common topics include:

  • friendships and relationships

  • school and exam stress

  • comparison and perfectionism

  • change and moving on

  • understanding emotions

  • study skills support

  • identity - who am I?

How do I get started?

Our coaching packages all start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore what you want to get from coaching, how we might work together, and whether we’re the right fit for you. This is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and to find out if coaching feels right for you. If you are under 18 this will initially be with a parent or guardian.

Our coaching packages are tailored to you. As a guide, we usually recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. We can discuss our packages during the discovery call and create something together that works for you.

We’ll send you and your parents/guardians a coaching agreement to complete prior to your first session.

Our coaching packages

Prices start from £75 per session (60 minutes).

We also offer 3, 6 and 12-month packages of coaching. Packages include a weekly or fortnightly 1:1 coaching session (60 minutes), telephone and email support between sessions for when you need a boost of support and access to workshops and events.
