Grief Circle 4th April

Monthly Grief Circle

Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming and difficult to put into words. Our Monthly Grief Circle offers a calm, compassionate space to connect with others who are navigating loss.

This gently facilitated group provides an opportunity to share experiences (if you wish), listen, reflect, and feel supported in community. There is no pressure to speak. You are welcome exactly as you are. Together, we create a space of warmth, respect and understanding where all experiences of grief are honoured.

Therapeutically held and gently facilitated , not a class, and not group therapy, just a supported space to be human together.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, whether a bereavement or another kind of loss, this circle offers time to pause, connect and tend to your grief alongside others who understand.

What We Do

Each month we gather for an hour and a half in a small, therapeutically held circle to share, listen and gently explore the experience of grief and loss. The space is guided with care and compassion, offering simple grounding practices, reflective prompts and time for open sharing.

There is no expectation to speak or to “do” grief in a certain way. Whether you choose to share or simply sit and listen, you are welcome as you are. Our intention is to create a space of connection, understanding and support as you navigate your own unique experience of loss.

How much does it cost?

Each session is £15. This can be paid in cash or online prior to attending the session.

You don’t have to navigate grief alone — this is a space to be met, held and supported, exactly as you are.
