A space for neurodivergent minds

Ever leave social spaces more tired than when you arrived?
Feel like you’re translating yourself most of the time?
Want connection without pressure to perform?

A small, fortnightly group for neurodivergent adults to share experiences, reflect, and connect with others who understand.

Therapeutically held and gently facilitated — not a class, and not group therapy — just a supported space to be human together.

What We Do

We meet for an hour and a half and the exact structure will vary depending on the wants of the group.

It could include:

  • Conversation at your pace

  • Space to unmask and be understood

  • Share experiences (or just listen)

  • Wellbeing and grounding practices

  • Ways to regulate and decompress

  • Make sense of everyday life

Talking is optional. Being present is enough.

Who It’s For

For people who identify as, or wonder if they might be autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent.

No diagnosis needed.

How much does it cost?

Each session is £15. This can be paid in cash or online prior to attending the session.

A place to pause, regulate, and feel less alone.
